RENEW: yin, reiki + sound healing Description

A gentle, floor-based yoga class accompanied by crystal singing bowls; allowing for deep relaxation and the release of mental, emotional, and physical stress.

Through this practice, energetic blockages and stagnant energy can be removed, balanced and transformed thus allowing the vital energy to flow freely throughout the meridians and energy system of the body.

We will finish class with an extended savasana. Sound vibrations from the alchemy singing bowls will amplify the energy of the surrounding space to encourage a deep sense of inner peace. Each crystal bowl is harmonically connected to our chakras to unlock sensations of emotional, spiritual, mental and physical healing. 

Considerations
Dress comfortably (loose clothing, layers, no jewelry), eat lightly and drink plenty of water before and after the session. Yoga mats and blankets are encouraged. Come with an open mind and heart to receive all the benefits of healing sound vibrations + yin yoga.
